Old New Work

I was looking through the PhotoStream file I have of photos shot and forgotten about and came across one I took with my old HTC phone while waiting for my brother.  I simply composed the shot and took it...then forgot I took the shot. Tonight I discovered the image and decided to play around with it in Photoshop.  The original image was in color and converted it to B&W using Nik Color Efex 3.  Once I got the effect I wanted, I opened it in Nik Collection/Silver Efex Pro 2 and applied the Dark Sepia tone to it.

Update on the upcoming May Exhibit...

The date has been confirmed for the exhibit my mother, Maria A. Morales, local Chester County artist, and I will be having at the Chester County Art Association.  The Reception for the exhibit will be on May 29th from 5-8PM.  It is open to the public, so please tell a friend and bring them along.  The exhibit opens on May 30th and runs until June 19th.  The theme of the show is "One World, Two Visions."  It gives the audience a glimpse of how an artist and a photographer view the world around them from different perspectives.  We hope you will be able to join us.
